Leonard P. Horan

Before joining Russo & Burke, Mr. Horan was associated with the New York law firm Olwine Connelly Chase O’Donnell & Weyher as a securities, finance and corporate attorney. In 1980, Mr. Horan become International Securities and Merger and Acquisition Counsel for Genstar Corporation, a Canadian corporation whose principal offices were located in San Francisco. While at Genstar Mr. Horan was responsible for all US-Canada cross border equity and debt offerings as well as all equity and debt offerings in the EC. He was also responsible for all merger, acquisition and venture capital transactions. After Genstar was acquired in 1986, Mr. Horan became a partner at Benedict & Aiello, P.C., a firm located in New York City. While at Benedict & Aiello, Mr. Horan represented a regional investment banking firm in connection with public offerings and private placements. He also represented private companies in merger and acquisition activities, partnerships and limited liability companies matters, organized and represented offshore funds. Mr. Horan continues to represent private companies with respect to acquisitions, partnerships, limited liability companies, and offshore funds.
